Happy Mother’s Day!
Hope you all have a wonderful mother’s day and have lots of surprises
and goodies in store today. I love mother’s day, it’s one of the few occasions
my mum will LET me spoil her!
Although we don’t have any plans specifically for today,
the sister and I thought we’d give her some presents (a new handbag full of
skincare and treats!) and take her out during the week.
My grandma also lives with us so we’ve bought her some
chocolates and flowers and other grandmother-ery stuff!
I had to share with you some of the cards we got mum this year. I got this
one from Paperchase. Instantly fell in love. I’m not a fan of mushy cards with
lots of writing, instead prefer to choose something funny and witty that
instantly screams me and you (the person i’m sending it to).
I'm a big big fan of vintage style funny adverts and am always keeping clips outs. So when I saw this one I instantly fell in love! It definitely sums up my relationship with mum and all those times (the
teenage years) when I was behaving very shitty!

We also got one from the cats and the parrot i had to
add! A lil one from card factory which I just loved ‘cause our two cats and
parrot really are mummy’s little babies!
