Mundane Monday (Week 1)

Everyone hates Mondays, even if you love your job Mondays suck. Why? Because they’re Mondays. 

However, Monday's are also the start of a new week, a new day, a new morning and with that comes the feeling that I can do anything, be anyone and achieve all I ever wanted.

This quote strikes a chord with me, it reminds me that I can still achieve what I want. I don’t have to go down the conventional route of what everyone is doing. I can take a year out to find out who I am and still, come back from the year not knowing who I am. It doesn't matter because I'm never to old. Never to old to find out who I am and what I want to do. 

Many times in life I've wanted to learn a new skill or language but not having the guts to do it there and then I wait and make an excuse, then a few years later wake up thinking maybe I’m too old to still do it..

So this quote is for those of you like me, who took your own route in life. You’re never too old. Never too old to be the aspiring actor you've always dreamed of, never too old to get a degree or masters, never too old to change or give up your long time career to pursue something completely abstract and creative. If you work hard and put some of that mushy love in it then you’ll be as happy and content as my orange cat and believe me he lives the life!

Who says a grown up cat can't sleep with his favourite cuddly wuddley?
